Work Description

To support our Deep Learning efforts we require support with the quality control of annotations of panoramic imagery. The images are labelled in China according our annotation guidelines.  This annotations cover road features like lane markings, arrows, speed limits on road and other road graphics, but also road features like curb, side rails. We cover a large variety of signs.
Consistence of delivery needs to be checked using visual inspection, but also using scripts.
Statistics need to be created to give feedback to China about the delivery.
Annotations which do not comply with our guidelines need to be improved.
The result of this process is to create a master dataset of image annotations, which then can be used for Deep Learning. The trained deep learning models are used for automating the creation of HAD maps (highly automatic driving) required for autonomous driving
As part of your assignment you improve our tools for image annotation based on the feedback of our customers  This might involve User Interface, definition of new labels, improvement of underlying code, adapting instructions for use and adapting annotation handbook.

• A WO background with preference for computer science.
• Knowledge of C++.
