Vacancy Quality Officer


Relevant activities of a Quality Officer are:
• Maintain and improve the quality system
• Assemble management reports.
• Preparation and coordination of external audits.
• Plan and execute internal audits (compliance verification).
• Register and handle problems and improvement proposals.
• Support the improvement of diverse SW development.

As Quality Officer you will have an important responsibility within Mapscape  advising, supporting and monitoring the performed work of various teams. You will do spot-checks and analyses of projects and products, and will process, analyse and report the results of quality metrics and found issues. Based on these you make proposals for the improvement of processes and products. You will champion the importance of the quality processes to colleagues and clients and can coach them on their use. You will be a key spoke in the wheel of the organisation and will come in contact with all disciplines within the company (e.g. Sales, Product Management, SW Development, Test, Quality, HRM)

You can work independently, are committed and possess over a good measure of self confidence. You are resolute but can think out-of-the box. You work analytically and in terms of solutions. You are precise, persuasive and follow logical and methodical processes. This function demands technical understanding but also excellent social  and communicative talents.

HBO (technical college) level work & theory.
Experience of process management and quality assurance in a SW Development environment (is a must have)
Knowledge and experience of various process and quality models (e.g. ISO9001, CMMi)
Knowledge of Automotive-SPiCE is a plus.
Good command of spoken and written Dutch (and English) .
