Vacancy Senior SW engineer & Component Lead



• The component lead will report to the overall manager of the component teams
• There are 5 component teams
• The size of the component team is up to 8 persons
• The component team follows the scrum methodology


• Senior developer role in the team, combining hands on development with the component lead role
• Responsible for creating the component sprint planning, setting priorities, getting requirements clear
• Alignment with internal customers i.e. the project teams on priorities and timing
• Make sure sprints finish in time and with good quality
• Follow processes and procedures as defined in the quality system
• Support deployment towards the team of processes and procedures


What we expect

• > 7 Years experience in software development (design and implementation).
• > 3 years experience in managing a smaller (up to 8 persons) development team using SCRUM
• Excellent knowledge of SCRUM with extensive hands-on experience
• Excellent knowledge of Modern C++ and relevant experience in C++,
•  A MSc or BSc degree, preferably in computer science.Algorithms,
• Embedded skills.
• Knowledge of Linux.
• Good knowledge/experience in database systems (relational and non-relational)
• Practically minded: a “doer”.
• Pragmatic.
• Independent and creative.
• Good communication skills
• Command of written and spoken English.
